JustThink delivers vital programs that foster critical thinking and creative media production, believing that the independent voices of youth can powerfully impact local and global communities. JustThink teaches young people to understand, evaluate, and create media messages.

GLOBAL ACTION PROJECT     http://www.global-action.org
Global Action Project, Inc. is a media arts organization that provides training in video production and new media technologies for youth both locally and internationally. The Youth Media Network, a collective of youth media makers, media educators and designers, created "THE SYTE" so that youth in multiple geographic locations could collaborate on shared projects, together, at exactly the same time.

The Youth Media is a component of the Open Society Institute (OSI). YMP engages youth in community based settings and provides them with the means and tools to present their viewpoints. The program operates under the premise that authentic youth produced media - which teaches the practical and ethical aspects of journalism - can educate and inform local communities and the general public about young people's concerns and perspectives.

The AMLA is committed to promoting media literacy education that is focused on critical inquiry, learning, and skill-building. Educational Video Center is a not-for-profit media arts center that teaches documentary video production and media analysis to youth, educators and community organizers.

Youth Radio promotes young people's intellectual, creative, and professional growth through training and access to media. Youth Radio contributes to the empowerment of teenagers by giving them tools they'll need for success. Youth Venture empowers young people to create and launch their own enterprises, and through these enterprises, to take greater responsibility for their lives and communities. A nonprofit literary arts, education, and cultural resource center for teenagers with bases in San Francisco and New York, Youth Speaks presents teen poetry slams and other noncompetitive events, conducts free after-school writing workshops, and puts on school-wide assemblies.

TIG showcases the power of expression through art and writing. It is about encouraging young people to believe in themselves and their ability to make a difference in the world. They create environments where people are exposed to new thinking, a diversity of voices, and new opportunities. Driven by youth, their goal is to foster a sense of leadership and social entrepreneurship through the innovative use of technology, creating meaningful experiences for young people around the world.

Filmmaker, David Yanofsky's recently completed first feature film, a one hour documentary to be aired on PBS. He is also currently at work creating a comprehensive multi-media curriculum packet that will accompany the film and be used in the nation's classrooms and after-school programs. Previously a resident of Budapest, Hungary, Janofsky's films have been used extensively in Europe by various human rights and Roma organizations.
